Welcome to Domain-of-Darkness! This document serves as a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Bonez (the "Artist") regarding the creation and delivery of digital artwork. By submitting a commission request, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Introduction
Domain-of-Darkness specializes in digital artwork commissions tailored to meet your creative needs. These Terms of Service (TOS) outline the expectations, rights, and obligations of both the Client and the Artist. By commissioning Bonez, you agree to adhere to the terms described herein.
Commission Process
-Commission Request
— Clients may request commissions by sending a message via social platforms such as Discord, Twitter (X), or directly through the "Commission a Piece" page on the Artist’s website. The previous Google Form option remains available but is less commonly used.
-Acknowledgment
— The Artist will review the request and reply to confirm receipt and outline the next steps.
-TOS Agreement
— By submitting payment and continuing with the commission, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service. A signed document is not required unless specifically requested.
-Details & Pricing
— After agreeing to the TOS, the Artist and Client will discuss specific commission details and finalize pricing based on complexity and specifics.
Payment
-Full Payment
—Full payment upfront is preferred and generally expected. This allows the Artist to begin work promptly and provide progress updates without delays.
-Deposit & Payment Plan
—If full payment upfront is not possible, a two-part payment plan may be arranged in advance, consisting of a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% due before final delivery.
-Payment Methods
—All payments are processed via Cash App or PayPal. Work will not commence until the agreed payment or deposit is received.
-Delivery
—Final files will only be delivered after full payment has been received.
Pricing & Revisions
-Base Prices
—Listed on the Artist’s website and may vary based on complexity and commission type.
-Revisions
—Clients receive 1–2 complementary revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions may incur fees, price depending on complexity.
Delivery & Completion Time
-Timeline
—Estimated completion time will be provided after details of commission are discussed and a price is agreed upon.
-Delivery
—Final products are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
-Additional Services
—Clients can request physical products (e.g., mugs, stickers, T-shirts) for additional fees.
Copyright & Usage
-Artist’s Rights
—The Artist retains full copyright unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
-NSFW Commissions
—Clients may opt for the "Do NOT post me on social media" option for privacy.
-Client’s Rights
—Clients may use artwork for personal purposes, excluding commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
-Commercial Use
—Additional licensing fees apply for commercial use. Pricing can be discussed.
-Credit & Attribution
—If the Client chooses to share or post the commissioned artwork publicly, proper credit must be given to the Artist. This includes tagging the Artist’s social media handle, linking back to their website, or otherwise clearly attributing the work to Bonez (Domain-of-Darkness).
— Credit ensures visibility and respect for the Artist’s work and helps support continued creative efforts.
Cancellations & Refunds
-Client Cancellation
—Deposit is non-refundable. Refunds are not issued after work begins.
-Artist Cancellation
—Full refunds, including the deposit, will be issued if the Artist cancels the commission due to being unable to complete the request.
Conduct & Communication
-Professionalism
— Clients must communicate respectfully.
-Response Time
— Clients should respond within 7 days to avoid delays.
— If no response or payment is received within 7 days after a final update, the Artist reserves the right to pause or cancel the commission.
Right to Decline Commissions
-The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions, including those involving offensive or inappropriate content or requests such as:
-Scat, diapers, urine, inflation, foot-focused art, or characters of questionable age (no minors).
Confidentiality
-The Artist will keep all communication and commission details confidential unless disclosure is necessary to protect the Artist’s business or legal rights.
Limitation of Liability
-The Artist is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the Client's use of the artwork.
Amendments & Modifications
-The TOS is subject to change for future commissions, changes will not affect projects in progress. Changes logged and previous versions available for transparency.

—After the request is acknowledged, the Client will receive this TOS document. Work will proceed only after the Client signs and agrees to the terms.
-Details & Pricing
—After the TOS is signed, further commission details will be discussed. This step allows the Artist to determine the final cost based on the complexity and specifics of the artwork.
Payment
-Deposit
