How the Commission Process Works

  1. Message me
    Send me a DM on Discord (dead.horse), message me on Twitter/X, or use the form on the Commission a Piece page of my website.

  2. Tell me what you’re looking for, please include:

    • The type of piece you want (e.g., full-body, shaded, etc.)

    • Any references, ideas, or vibes you have/want

    • If it’s for personal or commercial use

  3. I’ll confirm your slot
    Once we talk through the details, I’ll give you a quote. A non-refundable deposit will be required to lock it in.

  4. Watch your art come to life!
    I’ll share a sketch for your approval (you get 1–2 free revisions). Once approved and paid in full, you’ll get the finished piece delivered digitally.

Before You Order – Quick Checklist

Here are a few things to think about before messaging me:

  • Do you have any reference images?
    Even if they’re just vibes, colors, or outfit inspo, they help a ton!

  • Do you know what kind of background you’d like?
    Options include:

    • Transparent (great for stickers/icons)

    • Simple (flat color or shape)

    • Patterned or Abstract

    • Scene or Setting (more detailed, may increase price)

  • Is this for personal use or commercial use?
    If it’s for merch, marketing, streaming, or resale — we’ll discuss licensing.

🚫 What I WON’T do 🚫

I reserve the right to decline any commission request that makes me uncomfortable or falls outside my artistic boundaries. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

  • Scat, diapers, urine-related content

  • Inflation

  • Foot-focused art

  • Characters of questionable age (no minors in adult situations)

  • NFT/AI-related requests

  • Bust (Shoulders Up)
    -Flat Color: $25
    -Painted Color (Fully Shaded): $40

    -A few key details (not a full backstory, just highlights)
    -Additional poses or references (quoted separately)

  • Flat Color:
    -Single Icon: $25

    Add More Icons:
    -2 Icons (Couples/Twins): $35 total (+$10)
    -3 Icons: $40 total (+$10 per additional player)
    -4 Icons: $50 total (+$10 per additional player)

    Painted Color (Fully Shaded):
    -Single Icon: $40

    Add More Icons:
    -2 Icons (Couples/Twins): $65 total (+$25)
    -3 Icons: $85 total (+$20 per additional player)
    -4 Icons: $100 total (+$15 per additional player)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a full reference sheet?
Nope! I can work with mood boards, sketches, photos, or even a description. Just make sure I have enough details to bring your idea to life!

Do you offer payment plans?
I usually take full payment upfront, it’s quicker, simpler, and means I can show you progress without needing watermarks. That said, if you need to split payment, just ask! I offer a 50/50 option (half upfront, half before delivery), as long as we arrange it before I start.

What file types will I receive?
You'll get a high-quality PNG. If you need specific versions (like transparent backgrounds or resized formats for icons or banners) just let me know when we’re confirming the details.

Can I print the art I commission from you?
Absolutely — for personal use only! If you plan to use the artwork commercially (like on merch, branding, or anything that generates income), let me know upfront. Commercial usage requires proper licensing.

How do I check on my commission’s status?
Once we’ve started, you’re always welcome to message me directly for updates! I also keep my Handy-Dandy Notebook updated in real time with commission slots and progress info, so feel free to check there any time.
